The staff is friendly and helpful and I even upgraded my PO Box to a size with keys. I’m gonna keep and stick with my upgraded PO Box forever I just have to renew every 6 month period.

Depends on how long you have been living at current address. If recently changed mailing address it takes up to 30 days. If you have lived there awhile. I would contact the local post office to see what's going on. Also know right now mail is backed up by 2 weeks still due to covid.
