I probably had the smallest case Chuck ever handled, a broken foot on City property, yet he treated me like a valued client deserving of his expertise. Chuck handled everything while being friendly and professional. My entire experience was worry-free!" Sandy H.

Mr Geerhart is not only an excellent lawyer but he is also a very kind man. He helped to calm my anxieties about going to court and helped me win my case. I highly recommend his legal services!

Chuck Geerhart represented me on two personal injury cases, one that went to trial. He was always professional, understanding, personable, responsive, and extremely effective at getting me a settlement. He is a passionate advocate for his clients. I would absolutely use him again to represent me and highly recommend him to any of my friends.

My first impression of Chuck was that he is an easy going, friendly and straightforward person. With Chuck, what you see is what you get. I know some people don't like lawyers, but if more of them were like Chuck, it might be a more popular profession. He knows the law in and out. He is efficient and on the level. He put me at ease regarding my case and it was taken care of easily. He is a passionate advocate for his clients. I highly recommend him.

No. Contact me first and I will handle all contact with the opposing insurance carrier.
Yes. I have handled at least 500 auto accident cases in my career, and have taken several to jury trial. Some car accident cases are quite complex and require working with accident reconstruction engineers. In that event, I select the expert and advance the costs of retention.
Yes, every initial meeting is free. I never charge an hourly rate. All my legal work is performed on a contingent fee basis.
Yes. Insurance companies far prefer negotiating injury claims with laypeople who have no idea how much the claim is worth-- it often allows them to settle for 50% or less of true value. When you have a personal injury lawyer working for you, you will a) maximize the insurance carrier's offer, and b) be prepared to litigate the matter if the carrier lowballs you.
I handle your case personally from start to finish
I communicate frequently with my clients, often through email, usually at least once a month. I am always available to talkon the phone about case status. You will never be passed off to a paralegal or junior lawyer-- I handle all cases personally.
At the initial meeting, if your claim involves an auto accident, you should bring the police department report (if you have it, or bring the report number and I will obtain it). You should also bring any medical records you have, accident scene photos, insurance information for both yourself and the other party, and information about any witnesses.
Unlike many personal injury law firms, I am prepared to take any case to trial if necessary. I have tried 16 cases to jury verdict, and was a finalist for Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2013. Studies show that roughly 97% of personal injury cases settle without trial, but insurance carriers know I am ready, willing and able to try your case. That maximizes settlement value as well.
I bring 33 years of experience handling injury cases, plus I provide the most dedicated, personal service you will get from any lawyer out there. You will never get passed off the a paralegal or junior lawyer. I am your lawyer for the duration of your claim. You will have my personal cell number and I will be prepared to discuss your case whenever you want.
Every injury claim has a different value depending on the how severe the injuries are. If the claim involves surgery, it will be valued much higher by insurance carriers and juries than a claim involving a mild neck or back strain. One of my very strong skills is knowing how to value different types of injury claims in order to maximize settlement or verdict value for my client.
There is no charge to retain me, as I work all cases on a contingent fee basis.
