Our experience with 7x7 and Dr. Tolstunov was great! He and his staff are kind, professional, and have excellent bed side manner and follow up process. I have 2 teenage sons who both got all of their wisdom teeth pulled and we are very happy with the process and results. Fast processing, painless, quick to heal. Thank you for your help!

This is my very first Google review as I am very unhappy with Dr. Len Tolstunov: Dr. Tolstunov recommended unnecessary, irreversible and potentially harmful procedure. I had an implant surgery with Dr. Tolstunov for one of my upper front teeth. After the surgery, he suggested me have frenectomy saying that it will be bad for my implant if I do not do it, with no further explanation. Since frenectomy is irreversible and could very likely cause my gum to recede, I saw two other implant specialists both of which have over 10 years' of working experiences and hold a DDS degree from one of the top dental schools. Both of the two dentists said a firm "no" to frenectomy and emphasized its potential harm to my already receding gum. I did not end up doing frenectomy of course, but his unfounded suggestion wasted a lot of time on my side seeking a second and third opinion both of which thought his suggestion was a very bad idea. Dr. Tolstunov was impatient, brushed off my questions and did not care about my gum situation. The only time Dr. Tolstunov was nice and patient to me was before I decided to have the implant surgery with him. During the two visits after the surgery, he was impatient for my questions and saw me fewer than 10 minutes each time. As the implant caused my gum in the upper central area to recede, I expressed esthetic concerns. However Dr. Tolstunov did not think this was his job and asked me to go see a periodontist afterwards for gum tissue graft. After talking with a periodontist, my gum was not even a good fit for gum tissue graft.

I don’t know anyone who loves getting their wisdom teeth out, but 7X7 made the experience PAINLESS (physically and emotionally). I was even nervous about the pre-op consultation, but Dr. Tolstunov and his staff were very accommodating, supportive, and answered all of my questions (even ones I didn’t know I had). The procedure was quick and easy - much better than I had expected. All the after care was clearly communicated so I healed up quickly and they even checked in on me later that day and a week later to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend 7X7 for any oral surgery needs. I’m so glad my dentist referred me! Thank you!
