Made a reservation to view the apartments, received a confirmation email of the appointment one hour before it and after traveling to the apartments we received a cancellation email 10 minutes before the appointment as we parked. We got inside the complex and there was no one on reception. We waited a little while but no one returned

We’ve been living in this building for 2+ months and have been loving it. It’s a brand new construction just a short walk from Hayes Valley. It’s pet friendly and has a park across the street, which is quite convenient for walks and furry friend potty breaks. The management and maintenance team are spectacular — both super friendly and also attentive. They coordinate building-wide events which are fun to get to know your neighbors (shout out Martina!). There’s parking spots below the building with some 22nd century high tech contraption. It’s nice to have your car tucked away safely but it’s a bit time consuming getting your car out if there are other tenants getting their car out at the same time. Otherwise no complaints though. Clean place, lovely design, clever keyless entry, and overall quiet.

Absolutely great! I've been working with Martina from day 1 and she's super communicative and responsive to any questions, before the move in and after I've lived here. Among all the other apartments I've lived before, Martina and Elizabeth are the nicest, kindest and most honest management I've worked with. - Gym is still building but love the Peloton in the current temporary gym. - Amazing view to the park if you are facing the west. - Most beautiful kitchen and bathroom that you can ever ask for. - Parking is a bit tight but it's pretty standard in the city. It's a great place to live that you know you can always trust the management.
