If you are looking for an All-Star community, look no further! Management is amazing. Maintenance says hello to me every morning and works hard to keep up with the grounds. It’s right on bridge street so you have easy access to First Friday events. Moved here not knowing anyone and this community made it really easy to meet new people with their multiple monthly events and activities!

I moved into Phoneix Village 1 bedroom apartment in the beginning of May 2022 and I absolutely LOVE IT!! This is such an open, fun, and entertaining place to live in! The managers are always available for any questions or concerns. There are always fun activities that you can attend with your neighbors for free every month as well. The atmosphere here is unbeatable!! I would absolutely recommend checking out an apartment here.

If I could rate this lower I would. I didn’t even get a chance to live here, but my experience with the application process and getting my money back from the $350 application cost has been an absolutely nightmare. Moved back to Phoenixville from California and wanted to live here, but after about two weeks of nothing but dumb hurdles they denied us when both of us make great money, had jobs etc. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months now for my money back from the application process and still haven’t received it. Been getting nothing but the run around on why I haven’t yet. Try calling greystar and at all the locations literally no one answers ever. Not only am I glad I dodged the bullet on this place, from the nightmare stories I’ve heard about it as well I highly recommend you avoid this place. Go 1000 feet past it and go to riverworks. Way better

My girlfriend and I moved in November so I could be closer to work. Honestly this is the Best choice We could of made. My favorite part is beautiful lounge with free Starbucks. I work night shift so I spend a lot of money on coffee each day. Everyone I have met is super Nice and when I ask they alway say they love living here. It’s been great seeing and petting all the dogs. There’s a huge theater room, gym, and a poo I can’t wait to use.This is the most lugurious place I have ever lived. All I can say is life is to short to forgo a little luxurie. From the momement I walked in the door I felt welcomed in like I was part of the family. They also have a fabulous matinace department and all the staff are so nice. they have a lot of dollies and carts by all the elevators, it made moving in a breeze. I look forward to meeting you. If ur on the fence this place is definaly for you.
