I'm a truck driver, so I stopped in here the last 2 days when driving past. The bathroom was disgusting on Friday when I went in, and went back again and it was in the same order. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all since the first time I was in there

They sell fuel. They sell snacks. The food they sell can also be ordered ahead online, and picked up when you arrive at the store. The food is rather tasty too. The prices are reasonable. I can't fault it at all.

ordered two sandwiches and two drinks, they didn’t have the mix to make either of the drinks and they messed up both sandwiches

There coffee has been watered down for a couple months now, so I finally asked what was happening. Perhaps someone wasn’t making it correctly. I discovered that they have been making the regular coffee with half the amount of coffee they are supposed to. I got the manager Patrick to come over and investigate. He was immediately defensive and said we are in a pandemic. I was a little confused on what he was talking about on what that had to do with making a cup of coffee the way they as suppose to. Patrick told me if I don’t like the coffee then I can go somewhere else! Well Patrick if you can’t make a cup of coffee at Wawa then perhaps you can go get a new job !! Horrible customer service !! I have never been spoken to like that at any Wawa location. I will be following up with corporate!
