Nice little place to stay right in the heart of a great entertainment district. Not fancy, but incredibly helpful and kind staff. Stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. On morning of checkout, my wife lost her engagement ring down the tub drain. They called the maintenance guy in (on a Sunday) who opened the wall and took out the trap. No ring. The next morning got a call that he disassembled the plumbing further down the line and recovered the ring! The whole team was nothing but helpful and kind the entire weekend, and the entire ordeal. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing little motel in the heart of Phoenixville. We stayed here to visit my friend after attending the 6/8/22 Coldplay concert in Philly. The room smelled a little moldy and didn't have the cleanest feel to it. The smell of weed in the hallways was constant as well, and it's located right over a restaurant, go figure. For the price and location though, we would stay here again. One small note that I did not mind, but others may, is that the women at the front desk both had "visitors" with them - check in was a dog, literally on the counter, check out was a baby. I appreciate a workplace that is accommodating for their employees and has that laid back feel, so my 3 stars does not rate for this note, but for the sake of thoroughness I felt the need to mention.

A gem for budget-focused travelers. No bells and whistles, but perfect for any wayfarer. Without signs, building is difficult to locate and parking is not guaranteed, but it’s worth the trip or two around the block when needing a safe, clean place to sleep.

2 given for location only. I understand it is Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, and a motel, but this was like a slap in the face back in time. The location is absolutely fabulous, if you have anything to find to do in this town. I used to go to the recreation center there for over 10 years and we had to choose where to go afterwards, cuz there were so many choices! We would play pool, play darts, have food, watch games and have some drinks. This place has changed physically, but business-wise, it is desert! The hotel was conveniently located. We got there early, which is the only reason we got one of the few parking spots. If not, you would have had to pay the park, or go behind the coffee shop to the public pay to park lot. Upon checking in, we had to wait for the woman at the front desk to take care of her baby, that was being taken care of by her friend at the one table in the lobby. So if we wanted to sit down, we could not. The baby was standing on the table, which apparently you sat the next day for breakfast which we didn't even go to (continental). When we checked out, now the mother was there with the baby and another stroller! The television did not work because it was windy out. The woman at the front desk came to our room and act like it was such a big deal to fix it. I can't believe that they didn't know that this was a common occurrence. They switched our room, which by the way they also charge us extra tax for. There are no vending machines or no ice machines. We were having fun around 6:00 p.m., and got in trouble for being loud.

Call and ask them.

Interested in staying and have a dog. Just want to confirm pet friendly. We stayed a few years ago and loved it

The place is very pet friendly. We had our dog, one of the employees had her puppy with her and there's a big bird in a cage by the front desk.
