I woke up this morning extremely excited for my birthday and was given a gift certificate for a massage by my SO. Early this morning we received a call from a woman claiming to be their call center who was extreme rude when my SO asked her if they knew when they would be reopening or why there was nothing on their website stating that they were closed for business still due to Covid 19. When he proceeded to ask about a refund she became angry and even when we spoke to her politely she was speaking very harshly saying “I’ve already told you over and over again I don’t know anything! No one is in the office so I can’t tell you anything I don’t know anything and I can’t do your refund! “ When he asked her name she hung up on him and when I called back for a manager she answered the phone with a attitude and told me her name was C. A.

Good massage but was too expensive especially after having to pay an extra fee to use my card.

Great massage. I loved how she got up in there and really put some effort into it. Definitely coming back

Wonderful local multi-disciplined Bodywork place, with an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am a massage and Bodywork snob, because I'm short, and a little heavy, and always tight. So I'm always looking for great Bodywork her, or massage therapist with really hard hands and endurance. I found that recently there, as well as it being in a convenient location on University Avenue near Sacramento Street in Berkeley, and it was surprisingly quiet even though it was right out on the street, due to their special acoustic windows. I highly recommend Angela or Anastasia for serious deep tissue therapy.
