the orders are not delivered in time or as expected. chirpy team is busy talking . no matcha tea, no chai latte, compromised vanilla spice was luke warm. No tomatoes on avocado toast that was cold.

I give this place 5 stars because the employees there work as hard and as fast as they can to serve their customers. It’s not easy dealing with mobile/delivery orders and customers at the same time. Many people don’t know how it feels to work for the fast food industry so they need to understand why it takes couple of minutes for their order to be ready.

Ordered cappuccino and got cold coffee (not even warm) with milk. Asked to heat it up. Got back luke warm coffee. The guy was busy on his phone and cared least about listening or service. Got the coffee home and heat it up jn microwave. Will never go back

I go to this dunkin many times a week. I learned my lesson and order atleast 10 minutes before arrival. 9/10 times my order is STILL not ready. I understand that it can be busy at times but there is mobile ordering options for a reason. I always see customers mad about the wait time and this morning I was fed up. I ordered 10 minutes before and waited an additional 15 minutes for my drink. There is a blonde women with short hair and is extremely rude to the customers and should not be working there because of that. This Dunkin’ should really change and if not, it deserves to be shut down. The Dunkin’ franchise should really do something about this specific dunkin!!
