First time trying Mexican post and the food was alright, as a Hispanic I definitely was not expecting these flavors. They are not authentic Hispanic flavors or Mexican flavors at all. Overall it was a fair meal just needs a little improvement with seasonings.

Quick sum: tasted weird and pretty sure I got a stomach bug. Review: After seeing this place a few times while in the area I finally went in and discovered it had a Chipotle like set up where you can get a bowl or burrito, etc. Opted for a bowl and found the choices to be a little bland in color which made me nervous about the flavor. Got the grilled chicken and added black beans and corn, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, rice, and the green salsa on the side. Almost added tomatoes but they diced them with onions which was a no from me. Ok, the chicken tasted like SLIM JIMS! Yea the over processed meat sticks you buy at gas stations. it was so weird and I couldn't understand what they seasoned it with to make it taste that way. I probably should have stopped after that first bite. Also, the green salsa I had, while it was delicious as a south east Asian type flavor was something I was not prepared for when expecting Mexican flavors. Later on I had the worse stomach pain and found myself up all night unable to eat anything else. I'm pretty sure whatever I ate from Mexican post gave me a STOMACH BUG. I unfortunately do not recommend this place , as a Latina I couldn't get past the lack of Mexican flavor. Plus the stomach issues after were no Bueno. I will not return.

Was my first time here. Not your typical Mexican food. Everything tasted fresh. Had an Indian Asian flare to it. Was quite 😋 delicious! I will return to try other dishes. Thank you!
