When I went to take my permit test they didn't tell me I have to use the screen with my hand not with mouse I told them I never did it before and when I was taking permit test screen froze up in I click the right answer but when I confirm it it said i chose a not b I told woman the screen froze and she said not possible so I didn't pass the permit test it was about signs i no the signs by heart i been studying for years and family members help me study too my point is plz fix the 1st computer it froze up on me onnacock dmv

Had a one pm appointment got here early by twenty minutes. They took me right in and I was able to register my pickup in under twenty minutes. Staff was very professional cordial. Was worth the twenty four dollars in toll's and hour drive to take care of my business. Would have been a whole year to even get an appointment in tidewater area! Or More! Happy to drive my truck.
