Hands down the best buying experience I've had buying a vehicle. Kim and the team did a fantastic job with my sale. Buying out of state and not seeing the vehicle made me a little nervous but Kim took pictures of the undercarriage and a video chat to actually see the condition of the vehicle to make the sale. Overall the best car buying experience I have ever had. Greg was fantastic to work with- no pressure and no hassle which is rare to find in a car salesman. I was able to quickly submit my finance application online prior to heading to the dealership and in less than an hour, I was driving off in my new car! I had a good purchasing experience at Bourne’s, their pricing was noticeably lower than other dealerships selling comparable product. I got a good value on my trade-in. I repeatedly test drove three vehicles to compare them, everyone on staff was very pleasant to interact with, you could tell they liked their jobs Which is normally indicative of good management/ownership. I asked a lot of extra questions when it came to process and subsequently the paperwork and they were able to answer my questions. I interacted with Greg, Carlos, Sean and Jake and others whose names I did not get. Would highly recommend you go there prior to buying a vehicle elsewhere.
