Horrible service. We went elsewhere to purchase after trying to deal with this place for way too long. They are unresponsive and obviously aren't too eager to sell pools.

Absolutely no communication from this business! My parents offered to pay in full for a pool last year but were told by the manager not to due to covid. My parents did pay a a down payment and again offered more than once to pay the remaining balance. They were told multiple times when they would have their pool installed and those dates came and went with no communication from Clydes. Several times calls were never returned and were also told once that there were 3 people with the same last name and so it was a mistake about the information they were told. Now this week my parents have been told that they “aren’t a good fit” and Clydes will not be able to install the pool after again my parents asking to pay the remainder in full.

The worst customer service around! If you want a pool without communication and knowing anything about it or what they are doing at your house, then this is the place for you. It’s a guessing game! Several texts, emails, and phone calls unreturned. Finally get a text that they are done and the rest is left responsible to the homeowners. NICE! Steer clear for sure! The gal in the office is very rude and always right! I thought the customer was always right but what do I know?! Not much about pools or the one they installed! Thanks for all the help!

I would give zero stars if possible. Went in in March and paid for a 27’ foot Revelle up front, was told install date of 6/18. I understand Mother Nature and all the rain delaying things. The person answering the ihine can give zero answers, there is apparently no list they can reference of what pool is being is talked and where I am on the list. My co-worker also bought a pool from them and was told she was next in the list. They are in a job site today, but it is not hers. When she called she was told they are finishing up work from 2018!!! These people are shady, do not do business with them!
