Overall not a bad experience. The sales rep I worked with was knowledgable and the price was reasonable for the car I wanted. But buyers be warned, each car they sell comes equipped with an after market Pulse Brake Light system that they then charge $1,495 for on top of the price of the car. I wasn’t sure what it was and then went home and did some research and it looks like most dealership charge anywhere from $250-499. I asked for the paperwork on the system and labor costs and will update the review if I missed something here. I am thinking I was just taken for a $1k ride but be aware to look your numbers over and see if you want to finance that into the cost of your car. They said it was dealership policy to have these installed as well and it could not be removed. Happy car shopping!

I recently purchased a 2022 Ford F-250 platinum from this dealership and I have to say was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The management of this dealership is a joke, the truck is scratched and dented in multiple places and they have done nothing to resolve this issues we are onto week 3 of no answerers. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. I included a few pictures of what $82,000 gets you from this dealership.

Great team! Had a recall issue on my Ford, a few other local Ford dealers said it may take weeks for an appointment. 24 had me in there 2 days later and all the issues were repaired/replaced within a few hours. Professional, organized and great customer service!
