So Sad I’ve been coming here for over 25 years and happily paying $100+ for an oil change, etc. why? Because they would treat me with respect and even luxury. This place must have fallen under new management. I schedule my simple oil change two weeks in advance yet when I got there on time, was ignored for ten minutes at least and then told to fill out a form with my name and email. So, I did. Then at least 10 minutes later no one had even come to inform me of anything, so I left. An hour later I get a call from them saying they “saw my form and were wondering where I was.” Never going back. Went to Firestone in Pleasant Hill and got immediate service and professionalism and only paid $30! True story.

SCAMMY DEALER! BUYERS BEWARE! Dont buy your vehicle here unless its brand new or you want major headaches post purchase. They dont inspect their vehicles properly and sell them with existing problems a lot of times. I know somebody that used to work here and was told this directly by the employee. We purchased a vehicle from them with 20k miles and 3 years old. Ended up having major electrical issues 4 weeks later which cost almost 2k to fix. 2 months after that our front tire assembly upper lower control arm, shock assembly all needed replacing which was almost another 2k in repairs. Now there is an issue with the engine idiling so low constantly, not evrn dealer can figure out whats wrong with it. I would not buy my vehicle here! ✌️
