Long story short, I went to Concord Chevrolet to look around to see if there was anything I was interested in as I was in the market for a new car. I had spoken to Jag, who showed me to a vehicle they had just recently received on the lot. It was perfect. A few days later I returned and decided to take it home. Jag was amazing. He truly went above and beyond, assisting in the whole process and making sure I was happy as the customer. His customer service was outstanding, making the process easy and quick. If you happen to be in the market for a new vehicle, make sure to ask for Jag. You won't be disappointed!

I brought my car in for service, which I had scheduled an appointment for ahead of time. I called the dealership several hours after dropping my car off to check on the status. I was informed that nothing had been done and I would need to leave my car overnight, which I was unable to accommodate. My reason for visit was an oil change and tire rotation. When I initially dropped my car off I inquired about scheduling a future appointment to take care of a recall. My service advisor instead told me that they might be able to take care of the recall that day. Instead of accomplishing what I had brought my car in for I was told that it took several hours of research for them to realize that the recall would take a minimum of one business day to complete. When I asked why the oil change and tire rotation wasn't done I was told that the mechanic was almost off and wouldn't have time to complete it. I originally dropped my car off around 1:00 pm.

Great all around experience. My salesman was fleet manager Jag. He made everything super easy, hassle-free, worked with me to get everything I wanted without breaking the bank or wasted time haggling back and forth. Did most of deal through text before I ever stepped foot on the lot. Which was great for my busy schedule. I arrived and he had multiple trucks lined up ready for me. I made my choice, already had my payments ready to go, and was in and out of the dealership within 90min! Longest time was me deciding which truck I wanted. Before I could blink, I was driving off in my 2022 silverado rst 4x4. Thank you for all the help Jag and the folks at concord chevrolet!

Yesterday we purchased a 2022 Trailblazer from Concord Chevrolet. This was the best buying experience I have ever had buying a car off a car lot. Justin helped us and he was amazing! No pressure and no games. My husband and Justin communicated via phone and text before we got to the lot and Justin had everything prepared and ready to go. I would highly recommend working with Justin. Lisa in the financing department was very friendly and prepared as well. It was a pleasure doing business with both of them.
