John B. the pharmacy technician was rude, and very unhelpful, told me “figure it out” when I question about otc medication. Won’t be returning here, don’t like asking for medical help and being talked down to by a rude man with no interest in helping customers. There are a lot of pharmacies close to this one, they lost my business forever.

Went to this store last night and honestly had no idea if this is new or not but the cashier rang up my items and when I went to give her coupons told me they only allow 1 coupon for the transaction. I didn't know so they put two through but proceeded to make me feel bad about it. The cashier was rude and treated me poorly. Would never go back.

I go to this Rite Aid 5 out 7 days a week. I actually have earned enough bonus points that I get 20 percent of almost every item that is not on sale. When items are on sale the savings are usually significant. The employees are friendly and are quite helpful. This store is well run and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Went to fill my Rush Card with $100 plus the $3.95 fee and they told me they do not accept Rush card however they sell them. I said ok I'll use my green dot card and she said we do not accept that, therefore on the screen it listed that they accepted NetSpend so I gave her my NetSpend card and the hundred and $10 plus an extra $4 for the fee and she said yeah it wouldn't accept it and she did not care to help me at all and just took the next customer I then looked on my RushCard website and it said CVS Walgreens and Rite-Aid all take RushCard and Green Dot card and I said just so you know the website takes said website says it takes CVS rite aidand Walgreens and she said yeah I don't know why I'm just continued on with what she was doing and didn't care for one second to try to help me so unfortunately I have to give a bad review in order for anyone to care that the business is not operating properly and now they are busy hanging out behind the register just talking and hanging out and not caring that there's an issue with the store have not tried to mention it to management or amything. it's a shame people like that take away jobs for millennials when they don't even care about the companies they work for it yet millennial will go above and beyond to make sure that they help you and get the job done.
