Senior staff did not seem very knowledgeable nor very helpful. When I walked in to the store I heard the manager/shift lead, or whoever, telling an employee at the counter that she cannot clock in until she has her apron on. Whether or not I agree with store policy aside, that kind of conversation should not be had in front of customers. Poor ethic on senior staff’s part.

The first associate that I encountered was excellent! She went above and beyond my expectations, taking me directly to one thing that I wanted and then bringing me several of the other item that I wanted. The associate at the checkout, however was not great. She came to the register when I pushed the button, but then hardly said anything to me. She showed up at the register and then just waited for me to be ready to check out, not even saying anything to me. I can't even remember if she did say anything to me, her focus was more on another associate than me. If she had been my only point of contact for the day, I think I would have given 1 star and would not have wanted to go back to this location. I work in customer service myself, and as such I was less than impressed with her service. Thank God she wasn't the only associate I encountered.
