It was horrible. Stood here for a wedding. rooms where hot air was on but not cooling the room. only one elevator was working, then the one that was working stopped working. they need to just close the hotel while there renovating cause you can feel the vibration of the work, ALSO THE COST FOR A STAY IS CRAZY AND NOT WORTH NO 250 a night!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! ONLY STOOD FOR THE WEDDING PURPOSES.

Check in was fast and easy. Our room was exceptionally clean and cool. The AC worked great. We were there to attend my nephew's wedding in one of the ballrooms. The service at the wedding was superb. The king-sized bed in our room was ultra-comfortable. I don't usually sleep well in a strange place, but I must say I slept very well. The breakfast in the lounge was absolutely wonderful and the coffee, being that I am very picky about coffee, tasted great. Check out was as fast and easy as check in. The grounds around the hotel were immaculate. I would definitely stay here again in the future if needed.

Booked thru hotels.com and had no issues at check-in. The desk staff was friendly & welcoming. The room was clean, had no bad smells, & I was asked on what floor I preferred which was top floor away from the elevator. The room (523) didn't offer a nice view but it was quiet & had a small refrigerator which is always nice. The bathroom is small - open door blocks shower, but not a problem as a single traveler. Water pressure & heat was excellent. The king bed was comfortable & the vending & ice machines were both working. Overall a good overnight stay close to where I needed to be.

The guest that was staying with me arrived early. The front desk did not give them the option to either check in, or add the guest to the room so they can check in. The shower did not work, and neither did my friends shower (who was staying in a different room, not me or my guest). I told the front desk and no one came to fix it. When I checked out, I told the front desk about it, and they shrugged and did nothing. Lastly, I spent almost 500 dollars a night on a "suite." Why is the TV a 20 inch display from 2005? A modern, 42-60 inch TV is 300 dollars. I would not recommend staying here.
