They didn’t put enough glue behind the …We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the process. Unfortunately, mistakes do occasionally occur, but these errors were corrected immediately. You didn't communicate your concerns regarding the stains prior to leaving this review. However, if you did, we would have explained that no "chemicals" were used on your project that would cause these types of stains. Furthermore, we absolutely cleaned the work area very well at the end of each workday. If you felt that it wasn't cleaned to your standards, then we would have been happy to accommodate your requests. Finally, we believe you misinterpreted Michael's tone for "arrogance" when he was defending his team after you insulted them by using inappropriate terms such as "railroad track day laborers". Michael takes a lot of pride in the team that he has been working with for years. Some of them for over 15 years. We hope you can understand why he wouldn't allow someone to offensively insult his team in this manner without appropriately defending them.

I went into this store with a very odd request and the gentleman was very nice and explained that he did not install the flooring that I needed and we went on to have a nice conversation. Although he could not provide the services that I needed this time, this store would be my first choice for any sale or installation of tile that I may have in the future.
