Needs more support. Perhaps early in the season, we weren't able to experience the full breadth of what this display of history has to offer. Although we saw some interesting things, we were left pining for more... And disappointed that we hadn't seen more. How else is an ignorant population going to learn the lessons of history, when they keep finding out how little society values such? Sometimes... NO INFORMATION can be worse than misinformation.

Small, but mighty museum! I especially enjoyed the Revolutionary War exhibit building.

Never thought there could be so much history in the maritime industry. A couple buildings were closed, but still worthwhile to walk the grounds!

This place was incredible. Rich history. We especially enjoyed being on the cargo boat on lake Champlain and hearing the incredibly rich American history from the Revolutionary War

There are plenty of places to tie up a small boat for a short visit to Basin Harbor for lunch or to see the museum. For larger boats there will be some form of fee.
They are listed on Google maps
