I highly recommend shopping at J’s! The owner is knowledgeable and friendly, and he really took the time to make sure that I understood how my machines work before they made it to my home. The delivery and installation crew are fantastic as well! They were fast, efficient, and neat. They left my home in better shape than they found it and answered all my questions while putting my appliances in. I’m so happy with my purchase and can’t recommend this small business highly enough!

I was a customer for 36 years. We bought a number of appliances and TVs from them all worked fine. We bought a Maytag washing machine over a year ago. It used 80 gallons of water to do a single wash. My water bill increased by 50%. We told them about the problem. We had a repair man check it out and a plumber who they recommended. The plumber said the sensors on the machine were not working properly. We tried to tell them what the plumber said. They would not return our calls or see us in person at the store. If you buy something that has a problem, forget about it. They don't want to hear it. That is how they treat a long term customer. Will never buy anything from them again.

We do carry air conditioners however with the heat wave combined with the virus we are currently out of stock on many window models. It’s probably best to call and we can discuss options.
