Called looking for a axel for my trailer that was bought new from here. Got told ez dumper would have to contact trailer manufacture and would get back to me. That was almost 4 days ago....I personally called trailer manufacturer and got through to them no problem. Find it funny that one of their dealers (ez dump) tells me they're waiting for a call back but I can call and talk to a person no problem. Seems like if you're not buying a brand new item from this place they don't care about you. After being treated like that I took my business elsewhere and bought a brand new trailer at another more reputable establishment. Take your hard earned money and spend it with people who deserve it !!!!not here!!

I recently bought a dump insert to fit in my F250 superduty. They were extremely professional and stand behind their work. My son used my truck and ran into a problem. My didn't work. I took it back( 3 months later). They found that he had stuffed to many things in the back of the seats. The bed wouldn't go up. He pulled out the wire in the back of the seat that connected to the the control switch. They took about a half hour to figure out why it wasn't working. Then , they found the wire pulled out that was in the back of the seat. They easily could have charged me for a service call considering it was my son's fault. Not only did they fix it for free, but, gave me some tips on how to properly keep the dump bed in the best working condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dump insert.
