The company scheduled the service appointment very promptly when I called and even contacted me when an earlier time became available which I accepted. Repair serviceman was professional polite and diagnosed why the issue happened and explained everything he was going to do to complete the repair to my casement window hardware. I'm very happy with the results.

The two workers who came to redo the window trim on windows installed in fall were very pleasant, quiet, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. I’m giving a 3 rating because I had called on the trim about 1 month after the install because I was unhappy with a film left on trim by installers. It caused trim not to take the stain well and looked very blotchy and unpleasant, not how I expected wood trim that was stained. It took another problem and that repair person to see what I was talking about before Renewal by Andersen scheduled the redo. Windows installed in Nov. trim was stained multiple times, now needs to be restrained. I wish more care had been taken when installed.

We had all 17 windows replaced in our home. Some needing new casings. The crew, Ryan, Dom and Vince were terrific. They were courteous and responsible to their surroundings in our home. They were here for 5 days, and did a great job. Call me old school, but what I noticed the most, was the constant eye contact from Ryan, when speaking to him about the job. That tells me a lot about the person, and how they care about what they are doing. We could not be any more pleased with the crew, the work, and the product! The windows are SOLID! The level of service is exceptional. I’ve dealt with the big box stores and it’s tough to get a call back or having someone come out to measure. Renewal by Andersen is the exact opposite. Yes, you will pay a premium but it’s worth it. To know you’re going to hear back from someone in a timely manner, that someone will show up on a certain day and time. And to have confidence the job will get done right is peace of mind. Thank you!!!
