I have gone to this hospital 3 times waited 30-45 mins to be called and taken to room then another 30-45 mins more to be seen by doctor or nurse never seen any bad attitudes from either one till the last nurse I saw she acted like if I was a cry baby with the pain I had (hey we not super humans!) and barely listened to anything I said also drew blood and never told me about the results not even the doctor as she only spent 5 mins and discarded me after 4 hours.

I was there in June after an accident, and had to have surgery. Some of it was great some of it was horrible. Definitely neglectful. But the people were very nice. Place seemed unorganized.

Hello! The South Entrance is also known as the "Old Emergency Department" or outpatient entrance. If you are driving down Green Street with the hospital on your right, it will be the second entrance, after the Main Entrance.

Hi Kathy, the Lab Draw Room in the Medical Arts Building is open M-F, 8 am - 3:45 pm. To use this room, your referring doctor must practice in that building. If not, you can use our main lab in the hospital. If you have any additional questions, please call us at (978) 630-6248. Thank you!
