Best apartments in town! The place is always clean and well maintained the staff is always friendly and helpful, Tony and the maintenance crew are simply the best. The area is safe and the views are stunning. We never had any issues while living there for 4 years, the only reason why we moved was because we relocated to a different state.

Badger Canyon Apartments have been amazing! My husband and I moved to Kennewick in 2019, and our rent hasn’t been raised since then. Water bill is included, which I really like, it’s dog friendly (big plus!!) and the Maintenance is so quick to respond if you have any issues! Personally, we’ve had no issues with neighbors or noise, and the leasing staff are all fabulous! This is just a really nice community, and I’m happy to live here :)
