Wow, is all I can say about this place. Here on a trip, it was my first time in Walla Walla and I found this place from a review online. This place is a gem, and I would almost drive the 5 hours from home just to come eat here. I tried the apple pancake, which is not something I would normally get simply because I am not huge into pancakes. However I also like to try new places specialty dishes, so I can taste their best, so to speak. First of all, this thing is huge. I would say 10 to 12 inches around and 2 to 3 inches thick, and it's packed with piping hot flavor. If you aren't into a really sweet breakfast though, you may want to steer away from this. It is very sweet. The flavor is great though and it is very fluffy and tasty. It comes with a very tasty syrup as well, which I did not use as the dish had plenty of sweetness of it's own. The side of bacon I got was great as well, thick cut and tasty. My only regret is that I forgot to ask for it extra crispy. If I am back in this area, I will definitely be back.

Swedish flapjacks are amazing. Corned beef hash was good. Side of breakfast potatoes was substantial ($7). My daughter and I split the Blueberry blintzes which were wonderful and it was plenty of food. Appreciate the option of vegetarian links. Different visit had biscuit & gravy and found the biscuit to be very dense

The food was good, which is why I rated this a three. Service was disjointed and it felt very cramped and there was little regard for personal space. Overall, our least favorite breakfast spot in Walla Walla.

Slightly high, but good sized portions and excellent quality. Worth it in my opinion
Our Covid safety practices are in alignment with the recommendations from the State of Washington and the CDC. All staff wear masks at all times. Tables are kept 6 feet apart and occupancy is currently at 25%. All surfaces, handles, doors and screen are sanitized on a regular schedule. Plexi-glass is in place at the host stand.
The owner's parents own The Oak Table Cafe in Sequim, WA.
They do not take reservations. I recommend getting there 30 to 45 minutes early on the weekends. If it's a long wait they will text you when your table is ready if you want to walk around downtown.
