Tried to return a pair of shoes at this location at the mall of Ga. Mall is open until 10. Handmade sign on store door states they close at 7pm. It was 6:45 and the doors were already locked. The man who came to the door was rude as we explained we just drove 45 minutes just to return the shoes and it wasn’t 7:00 yet. We explained that’s all we wanted to do. He said no because it was too much for them to do. I will never shop at this location again. VERY RUDE!! Calling corporate offices.

I never make reviews but I've never been treated so poorly as a customer than at this store. The people here are SUPER rude. My boyfriend and I asked a young lady to get some boots down, which went smoothly because she got an older man to do it, but we were struggling to put them away after trying them on because they were on the top shelf. The boots kept falling after being put up, which made a bunch of people stare at us. Another lady came up to us like we did something terribly wrong and said, "Stop, just stop it! I'll get a ladder." This made us all the more uncomfortable because she made a scene in front of many people. We were just trying to put things back for them instead of leaving them piled on the floor but they had to ruin our day because of it. The people who stared could have just helped us and she could have just offered us help in the first place. The boots were also on sale but they ringed me up full price.
