It was really difficult trying to get a basic question answered about fence installation services. Called multiple times, transferred to I don't know where.....Eventually just silence. One associate offered to try, but I heard scanning/beeping then silence. I eventually called and asked for a manager (hoping they maybe able to simply answer the question)-currently still holding while writing review. I totally understand that stores get busy, but this seems to be consistent at this location. If it is a staffing issue, I hope it gets better for you all....I will just try elsewhere

This review is specifically for the Buford Locations manager, Conrad. I ordered a griddle online that was delivered to my house damaged. After about a month of going back-and-forth with Lowe’s customer service I was finally able to get in touch with Conrad directly. I explained the situation and all of my prior interactions with the customer service department, he was adamant that he wanted to take care of the situation immediately and make it right. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make things as easy as possible on me. I am so grateful for his professionalism, efficiency & kindness. Thank you for the impeccable customer service Conrad!!
