We had been looking for a truck for awhile. Everyone we talked to was all "hurry up and get here, now pay $5-10k over MSRP." After leaving on dealership, my wife found a truck at Gold Rush Chevrolet GRC, and called to inquire about it 20 minutes before they closed. Jerry L chatted with my wife, texted her pictures and details about truck. GRC opened at 10 am the following day and we showed up at 10am , and Jerry was waiting for us with keys in hand. He didn't try BSing us if he didn't know the answer, he went and got someone that would know the answer, very refreshing compared to most of the other sales reps we have run into. There were no crazy mark ups, they were asking MSRP. The process was smooth, and everyone cared about making sure us and our kids were comfortable, to the point that the customer happiness manager brought our kids snacks and drinks. The F&I guy didn't harass us, one no and we were done, and he had a smile on his face and was friendly during the whole process. It took a little over two and a half hours from the time we got there to when we left. It was probably one of, if not the lowest, stress car purchase we have made in a really long time. I would highly recommend Gold Rush Chevrolet.
