Whisper flame

Came through on our way home 3 minutes "they timed" at the first window. Was made to pay for a drink that came with the meal ( then wasn't given the drink) along with shorting us 2 hamburgers, was screamed at by a small girl in the front window , after rudely barking at us to pull to the side. We declined and she had a complete meltdown at the window. Last time we come through this McDonald's. Have some standards.

1 crispy chicken meal ordered without lettuce. And it was dry with absolutely no sauce and 2 pickles 😒. This is unacceptable. Macdonalds use to be known for good burger with a lot of sauce. Gave a 1 star for no sauce on dry burger. Not really motivated to go back and buy any kind of Burger there even the big Mac it has slopped on the bottom and nothing on the top that sounds it's a good way to turn customers off with their food.

So we ordered a happy meal last night and my child eats the French fries 1st like she always does 7 year old little girl little girl. She then opens the chicken nuggets and pulls the 1st chicken nugget out of the package of 6 and says Hey dad is there supposed to be a bite out of my chicken nugget? And I'm like no no bite should be taken out did you accidentally take a bite out and forgot she's like no I hadn't even opened them until just this 2nd and one of my nuggets has a bite taken out of it. I really don't know what else to say But my mind was blown and the manager's mind was blown and I don't know who would have done that or why they would have done that but really....

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonald's that I have ever been to. Let's be honest, McDonald's food doesn't really change too much, from franchise to franchise, but this one made our order EXACTLY how it should've been made. The staff were extra friendly with us (our baby was with us).Very happy with this experience and I will definitely come back.
