Not much of a wait. Workers were nice. Needed to get tabs. It was very quick. Highly recommend them for any licensing needed.

Pleasantly surprised, because most state services have long lines or are slow. Not here; they did a great job. Fast, professional, couldn't ask for more. Except maybe to take more than just cash or check for payment.

Middle aged blond was very rude and impatient. She was frustrated that she processed our title transfer incorrectly and had to do it "all over again." She did not even check the back of the title and rather processed all deets from the bill of sale. Not my problem. Additionally, I needed a picture of the title and she would not give it back to me to take a picture. No one explained proper distancing rules when two people need to be present to transact. Instead they insisted one person only at the window but had no problem with people crowding in line by the door. No hand sanitizer but public pens still in use. Poor communication and power tripping attitude. With all that is going would be nice to be treated with a jovial and polite public service spirit. After all, tax payers like me are paying your salary. Check your attitude at the door and be thankful you have a job lady. If you don't like it quit. There are plenty more individuals who will do what you do with a smile on their face.

The blonde gal that sits in the middle as you are coming in is absolutely the rudest, nastiest person I have ever dealt with. She has been this way on more than one occasion so I know I wasn't just catching her on a "bad day". If you can, pay tabs by mail or online as to avoid this heinous, nasty witch!

It wasn't open last Friday (Christmas eve), so probably not.
Cash and your title. Bill of sale is a plus with title... But you need hella cash. They don't accept cards. Mine was $140 for a 2004 cavalier
Conditions may have changed, but I got new plates, tabs, and title for my trailer a couple weeks back by standing in line like usual, except for 6ft tape markings on the floor. Take and wear your mask. They only take checks or cash, so keep that in mind, too. There is an ATM near their door inside the building.
Yes
I was able to renew via License Express Washington https://secure.dol.wa.gov/
Tell them to fix it.
