My experience with safelite auto glass, was amazing. I dropped in without an appointment and I was helped immediately which was nice. I needed my rear view mirror glued back onto my windshield and they got right on it. I enjoyed a cold drink while the technician did the work which took less than 15 minutes. They didn't even charge me for installing my mirror and I was grateful to get it done perfectly, fast and free. Made my day. Thank you Safelite.

I got a very large crack through my windshield, called my insurance company and they scheduled me with safelite. Safelite was able to get me in 2 days after the incident and they even gave me a call about 2 hours before my appointment time saying I could come in before scheduled if I'd like. Man at the front desk and the tech were very knowlegable and friendly! My car had a brand new front windshield put on and the eyesight feature in my car was recalibrated in under an hour. Awesome service and awesome people. I'll never go anywhere else for window repair :)

I've used Safelite for years and this will be tge last time. Last week I tried to get a quote on my windshield. For half the day I was trying to call only to have a computer answer the phone to tell me to go to there website. I finally did where I chatted with someone that was rude. They told me they would have that quote for me in a couple day. Well it's been 8 days with no word back. So I just went to Pro Windshield and Tint. They were at my house the next day to replace my windshield. DONT BOTHER WITH SAFELITE! THEY ARE WORTHLESS

Got a chip in my glass. Went online and reported it to my insurance company. They gave me the option to send it to Safelite. Got it in 3 days after I made the claim. They got it back to me same day. Looks great, no issues, insurance paid for it in full. Only downside was that I got another chip in it 3 weeks later, lol. Their warranty does not cover that though.
