Joe Smith is my black water Angel!! Super responsive, fit my overflowing RV right into his busy schedule - super helpful and very friendly! New to town I had no idea how to organize an on-site tank dump and he came to the rescue. Who knew the world had a Grey Water Hero like Joe?! Super grateful for Joe. 🙏🏼💪🏼

Omar our regular driver is the nicest, most professional and very helpful. We collected a lot of garbage one week and I saw him in our neighborhood. He kindly offered to swing up and pick up off-schedule with a big smile. Thank you again Omar!

Really enjoy the customer service provided by this company. A few years ago, they accidentally damaged a wood panel off of my fence. They notified me before I even noticed and had it perfectly repaired the same week. Just this morning I was late to getting my cans out and the driver got out of the truck to help me figure out which week’s schedule we were on and even grabbed the yard waste can for me. I really appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and willingness to lend a hand demonstrated by their people!

In late 2021 we started a major remodel in Broken Top. My initial contact was Patricia and she was great at detailing the specifics on how and what to do. Since then, everyone in the CS dept has been awesome to work with. At a time when true customer service is diminishing across so many industries, Cascade Disposal has restored my faith. Keep up the good work.

Dave, Thank you for reaching out about recyclables! For plastics, it does not go off of the numbers on the containers but the containers themselves. (every state is different) Plastic bottles or tubs that are 6 oz or larger, rigid plastic containers such as yogurt and margarine tubs, rigid plastic plant pots (4" or larger), plastic buckets (5 gal or less) and plastic milk jugs. No plastic bags even if they say recyclable, no caps or lids, plastics must be rinsed clean. Please visit https://secureservercdn.net/50.62.90.29/cj7.197.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Recycle-Guide-2019-1.pdf to review our full recycle guide. Thank you and have a great day!
