I needed a battery for my watch, I called and spoke to an employee to see if they were able to change the battery. The employee told me they would be able to change the battery as long as I got there by a certain time. I drove all the way there and arrived an hour before the time told. When I walked in the door I was told sorry but the person who does that job decided to take her break early and no one was available. Will never shop there again. Waste of my limited time.

Corrine at rocky point store made my life today. Helped me finally order a ring I’ve been trying and failing to order and I’m so happy. She was only person to really help and I appreciate it. I will be letting her boss know to let corporate l know what a great person she is. Truly kind. ❤️ finally I’ll have a pretty ring that fits! Being plus sized is hard but is harder when most people discourage you but not Corrine she wanted to make me happy and that’s it. Not about money or time or anything else but my 100% happiness! That’s what I want when I go shopping for my first big jewelry purchase in 16 years almost. My last one was my band I still wear and will wear. But this ring she helped me finally order is just like my moms that was given away during her dementia days by my mom. And thus lost. Until I saw this ring it’s just so much like hers it sound odd but when you see that ring you know it’s the ring. My husband did try to order on his own without luck. This wonderful girl kept trying until it finally went through. It wasn’t the card as we thought it was we think the website having issues but I did call and got no where before. Sometimes you just have to keep trying. Ask for Corrine. I’ll add photo when my final ring will be ready in end of June.

The staff is nice enough, but incompetent, they emailed some stranger with the receipt for my wife's engagement ring, the only way I knew I'd because he called me. The online store is a terrible mess and customer service is very rude and will do and say anything just to get you to hang up. I ordered earrings for in-store pickup because it said it would be ready in 24 hours. After I completed the transaction it said it would be ready in 72 hours, when I called they said all online orders for in-store pickup have to ship first and don't come from store location... What was the point of picking the store and making sure it was available for in-store pickup rather than "online only". If they have to ship everything first anyway then why is anything "online only"?! This place is the Fisher Price of jewelry stores. Luckily I was able to cancel the order still. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
