Switched banks, this one has too few features. Debit card conversion was a nightmare. They only have one branch.

My favorite bank of all time. They've helped my wife and u numerous times when we felt we were beyond help. I've never dealt with any bank and felt like part of a family I've laughed when I've seen it advertised on other banking sites. Kaitlyn has been so good at helping us but I find that any one of the employees working there will respond quickly and efficiently and make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place for any and all your financial needs. Good, honest down home style people and service with a smile. 5 stars is not enough

My mom banked there since the 1980's. In the last month and a half of her life, she was horribly taken advantage of by a family member after her money and possessions. The opportunistic family member took her to this bank to have her signature witnessed as they took over her account and had her sign papers making them executor of her estate (a cheesy document printed off the internet). The Otis FCU employees were more than happy to serve as witnesses even though my mother couldn't legibly sign her name as she was medically compromised and not of sound mind. Over 30 years of doing business there and they didn't raise an eyebrow at doing what common sense would clearly tell any intelligent person something wasn't right. Shame on you Jasmine Merrill!

I own my own home and I'm retired on disability. I contacted them to open 2 accounts and a small loan. They told me we needed $25 a piece for an account, and based upon our income, we qualified for a $3000 loan. So I drove the 30 minutes it takes to see them, and the first thing out of every person's mouth was, "And where do you work?" And when I went in to see a clerk in her office about this, I was told I didn't "QUALIFY" for an account there, because I didn't live or work in the right town, or have a family member who was a member of the Country Club, er, I mean the credit union! Then the lady said, I'm going to open the door now, I have nothing further to say!! In such a valley girl tone I wanted to break out in a chorus of the Beach Boys! I have never seen a small town financial institution more snotty than they were! Don't go there without a big hankerchief, trust me you're going to need it!! I guess there must be different colors of money, because mine was apparently brown!

No we do not!
Hi! We do not have a branch in Augusta, only in Jay. But you can access your account here from any credit union in Augusta that uses shared branching!!
