Been a member for over 25 years I wouldn't go anywhere else. I even moved States and kept the bank. They have locations all over the United States or at least kiosks and Affiliated entities.

Best bank I have every used by far. I have been a member for 21 years and have used many banks. These guys have great service, great prices, and no BS fees ever. It feels like this bank is on the customers side, not in it to make money off of you.

Yes they do. Members are no charge non-members there is a small fee
Account setups are limited to those that are family members only. Once your married you will be able to set the account up.
Not a public notary. But bank records are very easy to prove legitimacy. Their customers service is top of the notch and very easy to reach for any questions.
Appointments are always best but not necessary
