I am not happy with their services, and it looks like they cant handle buisness pressure when it is busy and crowded. I am not recommending this location for any audi maintenance.

Customer service was great but they did not fix my problem. I went in because I was getting a warning light pop up and I was able to capture it on my phone. I took it in to get diagnosed and they couldn’t find anything wrong so they called an Audi engineer and followed that person’s instructions. A few days later my car was overheating and warning light again. I took my car to a performance shop and they were able to find that my water pump was getting stuck which was also causing oil build up on a sensor. Paid twice for a repair that should have been fixed the first time.
