I inquired about a frameless shower door installation. Banner Glass (Waltham) came and measured in 48 hours by arranging with the concierge in the building. I was told they were coming (to approve access) but couldn't even tell they had been. The next day I stopped by the store and Jackie took time to walk me through all the options including pros and cons with pricing. I'm pretty sure she was busy with something when I arrived unannounced but she gave me all the time I wanted in a friendly and relaxed manner. Installation was delayed by the State Covid restrictions but once the restriction was lifted they scheduled installation with the concierge and gave me the option of being there or rescheduling to when I would be there. The team arrived punctually, did a beautiful installation quickly and quietly. Left my home spotless. They explained usage restrictions relating to installation and appropriate care and cleaning. Super nice crew, friendly, cooperative and seemed genuinely surprised and appreciative when I tipped them. Overall Banner Glass (Waltham) was awesome, awesome, awesome. They made the difference between a really nice bathroom and an incredible one. Can't thank them enough. I will never go anywhere else in the future. The other Banner locations are probably OK as well but why take a risk! Did I mention that Banner Glass (Waltham) is awesome?

We're very happy with our shower door, installed beginning of January. It's a family business with really great people. The website is not so clear even if you can see an incredible glass staircase. Best way to order is to visit their showroom. The showroom is not big but you can see everything. I got good advice and information about part durability and guarantee. Their price transparency is great. In 10 minutes, I got the 2 quotes I needed ; no need to wait 2 days for an email and no bad surprise in terms of prices. During delivery, they protected the tiles before mounting the door. In 1 hour, the door was properly mounted. They even fixed an issued with another existing shower door.

Asked for 2 shelves to be made, they agreed immediately, but then I waited 6 weeks and called 5 times ... they then wanted to renegotiate the agreed price. A complete waste of time and they will NEVER call you back.
