Good choice of weight machines to work on and several sets of weights. Also a good number of cardio-machines. One can also get personal/small group training. The fitness area is well lit and not too hot. For a bit extra a month, a variety of classes are available, from yoga to dancing. The staff is very helpful. Open 24 hours (when you join, you receive an electronic entry card.

The lady in charge was very nice, it's a small gym but they have all the equipment to do a good training session.

Love working out here because everyone is always super friendly. Great staff, always willing to help if you have any questions about how to use a machine. They offer many free classes like Zumba, Body Pump etc. I would definitely recommend Personal Training, even for people who think they know what they're doing. Machines are top of the line. The place is very clean. Conveniently located, plenty of parking, open 24/7. Would gladly recommend others to join.

I think Snap has it's pros and cons but overall I love it. Cons: -No pool -only one shower (private bathroom style, right off the main gym) -small classroom Pros: -Easy parking -24/7 card access -Never too crowded, always equipment available -They do have some fun classes -Can get in and get out quickly -Better pricing than most other gyms in the area ($44.95 a month I think for my single person membership that I do month-to-month, cheaper if you prepay or commit to a year)

Candace if you call during staffed hours (usually between 10-6 M-F) you will be able to speak with someone who can gladly do that for you!
Call and check with staff about current pricing for your situation. The Burlington location already has rooms for box and rope workouts. If you're working out without a trainer, you can use the box in the back room, past the water fountain. There is also a rope you can use in the gym/yoga/class room. If you have a trainer, there is another box and rope in the personal trainer room.
I like Snap Fitness better than Planet Fitness and I don't have experience with LA Fitness. I think Snap has over a thousand locations in the U.S. From what I've seen, most Snaps are a little smaller than Planet. Planet felt impersonal to me, whereas the Snaps are part of a neighborhood and have a community feeling. Along those lines, the Snaps aren't always in the heart of a big city. In Las Vegas, for instance, I had to rent a car and drive about 20 minutes to get to a Snap.
Specifically speaking, I'm not sure about a week long pass. I believe daily and multi-day passes are available. If you're a member of your local Snap Fitness gym, your membership card should grant you access to all locations in the U.S.
