I couldn't tell you since we only rent a room. But I understand it from a neighbor who rents one for 1,300 but I'm not sure.

Hi Erika, Manassas MHP does not have any RV lots. We get this question a lot and have called around to other communities. Hillwood has RV lots, but they may currently have a waiting list. There are also two campgrounds in the area, but we believe they have a max of 14 day stays. Sorry we could not be more help in helping you find an RV lot. Sincerely, Manassas MHP
