Johnny at the service department went above and beyond. I called several other local HD dealerships and they all had the same story, can’t get my bike in for 60+ days. Called and spoke to Johnny in the service department, he said drop it off and they will get to it when they can. Less than 10 days later: 5k service complete and ready for pickup! No other dealership offers that, they all said show up on Saturday at 430am and you might get in at 9am if your one of the first 12 bikes. Don’t waste your time with these other HD dealers and their waste of time business models, just call Bull Run HD!
