This is a bootleg cab service. They claimed to be outside waiting for my niece and she waited almost ten minutes until I had to call back. The dispatcher assumed that my niece was late and I assured the dispatcher that my niece and her daughter were right in front of the building. When all I heard was dead silence I just disconnected the line. Avoid them at all cost.

The driver was alert and aware of how he was driving, I was appreciative that the driver didn't speak on his phone during the ride. All in all it was a good ride.
