Run!!!! I ordered a car, and 10 minutes after it was supposed to show up called the car service to check on the status. They put me on hold, and never got back to me. I called another car service, which showed up promptly. On a way home, I called Oceana car service twice, trying to cancel my order, however, they never picked up. After I got home, and 40 minutes after Oceania’s car was supposed to arrive, the driver called me to let me know he is at the pickup spot. I explained to him what happened, and he cursed me out and hung up the phone….never, ever again am I using this car service!!!!

Several different times I’ve been hung up on by the dispatchers. I’ve been in cars that has no Tlc plate. Just regular plates. And also had arguments with a dispatcher. I’ve worked in bases and I’ve been a dispatcher before for many years. Never have I experienced such low class disrespectful rude dispatchers in my time. I would never recommend them and the only reason why I used them was because of sheepshead bay being small, I’m new out here and not knowing other car services. Thank god I drive now. I tried to order my hubby a car to work and told the dispatcher we are using a card. The dispatcher says okay. The driver comes. Calls me says he’s downstairs and I said my husband is going down. He sees my husband. Says he doesn’t have card machine to take his card and drives off. The dispatcher says the driver said my husband didn’t have a card and wanted to give the numbers. Not true. They are liars and it’s disgusting how they treat customers. I’d give 0 stars if 0 was an option

Called to request a van and was hung up on. Called back and they were rude and hung up again before I was finished getting and giving info. I would NOT refer this company! Not sure how they get customers while being rude and hanging up! I would think they would be nicer considering Uber & lift are taking over. They should be out of business!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 They don’t even deserve 1 star!! -100 stars is my rating!!

I had a great first experience with Oceana. I normally use Uber but was having issues with my app. Driver got this Nurse home safe from her 12hour shift and let me treat his car as my own (I had some calls to make). Will definitely use again! Also the price was amazing! Only con is the driver did not have TLC plates.
