I have used this car service several times and have mixed opinions. 2x good, 3x not so good. Needs improvement..

Them: Car service where are you? Me: ---street Them: Hold on Them: 3minutes Me: How m... Phone clicks off. They don't stay 2 seconds after telling you the time before hanging up. Hence you don't get the price and drivers can charge whatever they feel like. The cars usually show up atleast 5minutes later than the assigned time. If you try calling back sometimes they never answer.

The WORST car service EVER! The dispatched says " 2 minutes" and the driver arrives 12 minutes later!! Why lie??? It's not necessary!! They're going to be out of business soon, anyway, because of ride share programs that are more cost effective and have better on-time stats. And, the driversd attitude is also the worst!!!!
