Worst experience ever do not use this company. Unprofessional and rude driver who disappeared after trip is confirmed because he went to pick up other customers. If you are going to pick up other people then do not call the customer telling you will be there in 5 minutes and never showed up?!! Leaving customers waiting in the rain and cold for an hour!

The drivers are lovely most of the time (and professional) but the dispatchers and receptionists answering the calls to arrange the car service are rude and do not have any customer service skills. They don’t greet you and hang up before you can get an ETA. Their response is “it’s coming.”

Terrible service on the female dispatcher. Extrmemely rude. I called to reserve as I was coming back to JFK. Spoke back and forth with 2 different people. Michael (the male dispatcher) was kind and explained everything well. When I called again just to confirm on the day, the female dispatcher answered and told me that I couldn't reserve. Just said it was their policy and that I can only call once I arrive to see if there were any available cars nearby. RIDICULOUS! That means I wasn't even guaranteed a car service. I had to figure out another way last minute. Never using this car service again.
