Attention please precinct- 106, Officer’s Rank- Marjorie R Frazier but she is Unprofessional,Racist,Rude and Liar Lady, she did lot of mistakes in police report but she don’t care about it, she wasted my time and money, how people trust NYPD?

Does anyone even work the phone at night ? Terrible experience with the NYPD. I called and put a complaint in for a car blocking a driveway at 11 pm Saturday. Connected with 311 gave all the information down and was told to wait for NYPD to show up and ticket the car so it could be towed. I spent an hour waiting for a patrol car to show up and decided to call local precinct 106 when I tried contacting them nobody answered. Eventually, I gave up calling after the 6th time, hearing the automated answering machine, and had to drive my car over on the sidewalk over the curb and onto the street. I gave the owner a fair amount of time before I even contacted the NYPD to move the vehicle, but they must have parked and left out of town. The next morning, I got a text message saying the police showed up and found nothing about a blocked driveway. This was almost 5 hours after I put the complaint in.

Color your car red with bright black dots just maybe they will not ticket your car.

They can as it's a public nonuse and they are breaking the law with the high volume, police need to be called at 311 as it's a non emergency and report the vehicle or vehicle's and give their tag numbers and it they are caught playing loud boom boxes they will ticket there cars or take the boom boxes too if you report them,take a video, make sure you do it safely.
Call 311 and ask for a police officer to come at your place of residence or business.
