Both Wayne and Mandy from the service department at the Tri-Cities location are prime examples of what good customer service is. After finding an issue they took care of contacting my extended warranty and handling all the paperwork with zero out of pocket expense to myself. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up at the end of the day. They even made sure I had a driver ready if needed. Thanks to them my busy schedule didn't skip a beat and this is just another reason I always get my vehicle serviced through them.

I never do reviews but I half to do for bmw in Richland. It was the most amazing experience ever. Everyone there was so helpful and got me in and out of there fast with my crazy 4 year old. She terrorized the place and they smiled and made everything ok. Gave me what I wanted on my trade and just really made it super relaxed. Super impressed.
