I needed a battery for my Movado watch, and called ahead of time for their store hours and asked if they did battery replacements. There was no mention of price. When I got there, they charged me $45 do replace the battery, and stated they had to do some checks to insure it was water tight. It took all of 10Min. I am disappointed in the initial lack of disclosure and the cost to replace a battery.
