Unfortunately, my review is not favorable for this particular "Surgeons Business style". First my surgery was cancelled, no real reason! Was told earliest reschedule until Jan of next year! Now going on almost a month waiting to get my money refunded!!! The only great thing about this place is the kind nurse Amy and Chanze in office. Respectfully my business is going somewhere else.

If you need a facelift in the Tri-Cities, you should see Dr. Fleming. He did an excellent job and I feel like I look 10 years younger!!! I went to him because I saw his work on someone I knew and I was impressed. Very little pain and a quick recovery. I am a licensed Master Esthetician.

Dr. Flemming is the best plastic surgeon in the Tri-City area. He is extremely knowledgeable. He listens to understand what the patient is striving for. He communicates very well. My experience with him was very positive. I had lost a lot of weight, over 130lbs. I needed to medically remove excess skin. His outstanding bed side manner helped me feel very comfortable. His main concern in the beginning was to make me feel comfortable, during the procedure helped me to be pain free, his staff calling to check on me afterwards. Dr. Flemming is so kind and understanding. I highly recommend his practice to anyone for a consult, procedure, opinion on goals you want for yourself, he truly is the best. I would like to add his assistant Amy is the best also! She is very welcoming. When arriving to his office you will be greeted by Annie, front desk. She too, is very welcoming. My whole experience was nothing short of the best! Thank you, Dr. Fleming and his awesome team!

I am sure he is a great surgeon but his personality just didn’t vibe well with mine. He made me feel like I was wasting his time and judged. I expressed the way I felt to his office staff and 5 days before surgery his office staff calls me and leaves me a voicemail stating he is dropping me as a patient. I found the voicemail very unprofessional. I didn’t matter enough to tell that to in person. Dr. Fleming’s actions proved my feelings about him to be correct.
